Yes. We produce both laminated glass and toughened laminated glass for a wide variety of applications including glass balustrades, partitions, balconies, stairs, floors and other applications where additional strength and is required.

Absolutely. Glass toughening is at the core of what we do, and we have a large Gaston glass toughening plant on site. This allows us to produce toughened glass to BS EN12150 safety standard in large sizes and quantities. We can toughen clear and decorative types of glass that we stock, including toughened and laminated glass. Please note that we cannot currently supply toughened mirrors.

If you require added safety, we also provide a heat soak testing service, to EN14179-1 standard compliance, for toughened glass. This process identifies toughened glass with nickel sulphide inclusions that can cause glass to shatter and identifies 95% of affected glass panels.

We have extensive experience producing glass for shower screens and enclosures and are trusted suppliers to many shower specialists, bathroom companies and shower enclosure manufacturers.  As such, we stock a variety of different styles of shower glass including standard clear, low-iron, frosted, fluted, tinted, and OptiClear easy-clean coated glass in a range of thicknesses for framed and frameless showers. We can also fabricate holes and cut-outs for hinges and fittings, and glass can be cut to any shape. Our shower glass is toughened to BS EN12150 UK mandated safety standard.

We do not produce double glazing units, but we can produce glazing for interior doors, partitions and glazing for sheds and greenhouses.
