All types of glass cut to size
We can produce simple and irregular glass shapes to your exact dimensions. In addition to standard clear glass, we offer coloured glass, modern and antique mirrors, fire resistant glass, and laminated glass panels. All glass is available in 4mm to 15mm thickness.
Our made to measure glass service is perfect for bespoke shower screens, glass partitions, glass stairs and flooring, balustrades, balconies, pool fencing, wall mirrors, and table tops. We can also produce cut-outs for plug sockets in glass splashbacks, and patch fittings for shower screens and balustrades.
How we cut your glass
We use the latest glass processing machinery, as well as traditional hand-cut methods, to cut glass to size. Our in-house tech includes an automated cutting table, waterjet machine, and 3 multi axis CNC machines.
Our team can create intricate and complex shapes from hard templates and digital DXF files. We can drill and machine glass to accommodate patch fittings, hinges, door handles and knobs. All cutting, shaping, and drilling is done before any subsequent edge polishing, toughening, or laminating.
How to order glass cut to size
Our glass cutting service requires a digital DXF file from the customer. We can also convert your own hard templates into DXF files using our in-house scanner. Average lead times for glass cut to size range from 7 to 14 days for most types of glass orders, depending on complexity and stock availability. All our glass is delivered to customers by our own drivers and fleet of vehicles. Ensuring quality and the best possible service. We deliver to customers in Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Sussex, and Wiltshire. Alternatively, you can collect your glass from our Portsmouth factory.
