Glass Laminating

Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that keeps its shape when broken rather than shattering into dangerous shards. It is made by heating and bonding together two or more sheets of glass with a PVB (polyvinyl butyl) or EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) interlayer which can be clear, frosted or coloured for a range of decorative effects. Yes. We can produce both standard laminated glass and toughened laminated glass, suitable for projects where higher safety performance is required.

We can product laminated glass in a variety of styles by adding interlayers for different effects. Our laminated glass is available in the following choice of finishes:

• Standard clear and Optiwhite (low iron) glass
• Grey and bronze tinted
• Blue coloured (additional coloured interlayers can be ordered)
• Frosted for privacy pr decorative effect

Yes. We product decorative laminated glass for projects where a more distinctive finish is desired. This can be useful for partitions, feature glazing, balustrades and other installations where appearance matters as much as safety.

No. While the majority of our laminated glass is produced for trade customers, we also supply the public and are happy to produce single sheets of laminated glass and larger quantities.

Yes. Using advanced CNC routing and waterjet technology we can produce complex shapes and cut-outs, including cutouts and holes for patch fittings, handles, and fixings.

Yes. We deliver weekly to all areas of Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex and selected areas in Surrey and Berkshire. All glass is delivered by our staff on our own fleet of vehicles to maintain quality, correct handling, and reliable delivery schedules. For large projects or quantities, we can provide delivery outside of our standard areas, please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.

Both options are available. We provide weekly deliveries to regular areas but customers can also collect from our factory in Portsmouth. It also notes that delivery can cover both single sheets and bulk orders.

We operate a fleet of delivery vehicles staffed by our own drivers, ensuring the highest standards of customer and product care. Our service operates weekly, delivering to customers throughout the south of England. Regular delivery areas are shown on the map below. We can deliver glass to areas outside of our usual delivery area for large projects. Our glass delivery service accommodates both single sheets of glass and bulk orders and we can also arrange deliveries to site for contractors.
