Do you supply trade customers only?

No. We primarily work with trade customers, but we are happy to supply glass to the public for domestic projects.

What are your lead times for processed glass?

Our standard lead times for stocked glass are typically 7–14 working days, depending on the specification, processing requirements and order volume. Special order glass, such as some forms of fire glass many need to be ordered in, and this may occasionally extend the production lead time. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.

Can you produce bespoke shapes and designs?

Yes, we have a range of technologies and regularly produce custom shapes, cut-outs and detailed glass designs for a wide variety of applications.

Do manufacture glazing for windows?

We can produce single panes of glass for applications such as interior glass doors or greenhouses, but we do not manufacture double glazed units.

What applications is your glass processing suitable for?

Our glass processing services support a wide range of applications including glass balustrade panels, internal glass partitions, shower screens and enclosures, glass mirrors, fire rated interior doors, and glass for furniture manufacturing and commercial fit-out projects. Do you supply glass for balustrades and balconies?

Yes, we supply glass suitable for balustrade systems and balconies including panels processed using glass toughening and glass laminating, and toughened and laminated glass. Where required, we can also provide heat soak glass testing for added safety assurance. We also offer coloured glass and tinted or frosted interlayers for a variety of decorative effects and privacy.

Can you process glass for shower screens and enclosures?

Yes, we have extensive experience supplying shower manufacturers and specialists, producing a variety of glass for shower screens and enclosures, including cut-to-size panels with polished edges and optional shaping using CNC glass cutting or waterjet glass cutting. We can also produce precision holes and cutouts in glass panels for patch fittings, hinges and door handles. All of our shower glass is toughened to EN 12150 safety standard.

Our range of glass for shower enclosures includes standard clear glass, ultra-clear Opitwhite glass, fluted glass and our OptiClear glass, impregnated with a special treatment to repel water and minimise the buildup of calcium and dirt.

Do you supply glass for partitions and commercial interiors?

Yes, we supply processed toughened and laminated glass for internal glass partitions (including frosted and tinted finishes), office fit-outs and commercial interiors, with precision cutting and finishing for a consistent, high-quality result.

Can you produce glass for furniture and bespoke installations?

Yes, we manufacture toughened glass for furniture, shelving, tabletops and bespoke designs using waterjet glass cutting and shaping and CNC glass cutting and routing, along with glass edge polishing for a premium finish. We can work from DXF CAD files or hard templates, please contact us for pricing and lead times.

All glass manufactured for furniture production is toughened to EN 12150 safety standard.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

To provide an accurate quote, we typically require sizes, glass type and thickness, quantities, and details of any processing required such holes, cut-outs or edge finishes. If you require assistance or have questions, please contact us.

Can you work from drawings or CAD files?

Yes, we can work from technical drawings and DXF CAD files to ensure accurate production, particularly for complex shapes and repeat work. We can also work from customers hard templates or measurements for simple panes of glass.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer regular weekly glass deliveries to customers across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Dorset and surrounding areas, or you can arrange collection from our Portsmouth facility. Deliveries are completed by our staff on our own fleet of vehicles, ensuring correct handling while maintaining quality and providing a reliable service for customers. Can you handle bulk orders as well as one-off jobs?

Yes, we have the capacity to fulfil both one-off bespoke panels and bulk production runs, with consistent quality and reliable turnaround times. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements or visit us in Portsmouth.

Do you offer CNC and waterjet glass cutting and shaping?

Yes, we provide both CNC glass cutting and routing and waterjet glass cutting and shaping, and we are able to accurately produce complex shapes to meet the requirements of your project.

Is heat soak glass testing available?

Yes, we offer heat soak glass testing to reduce the risk of spontaneous breakage in toughened glass. This particularly important for safety-critical installations or where access may be difficult after installation.

Do you offer decorative finishes such as frosted or coloured glass?

Yes, we can supply coloured and tinted glass, decorative and privacy interlayers for laminated glass panels, sandblasted and frosted glass for privacy and design, as well as back-painted glass panels for interior applications such as wall cladding.

Can you process both glass and mirrors?

Yes, we process both standard glass and mirror glass, including cutting, shaping and edge polishing and bevelling.

We stock clear, Opticlear, tinted, fluted, fire rated and coloured glass, and standard silver and two types of antique mirror glass ready for processing at our facility in Portsmouth.

What glass edge finishing options do you offer?

We provide a range of finishes including glass edge polishing and bevelling, suitable for exposed edges in furniture, mirrors and architectural glass. We are also one of only a small number of companies in the UK still able to offer hand edge bevelling for very intricate shapes.
