From large frameless showers and enclosures to bathscreens and framed shower doors, we can produce custom-cut shower glass in any shape to your exact specifications. This includes glass panels for fixed wet room screens, large panes for non-standard enclosures, and angled glass for frameless shower screens in bathrooms with sloping ceilings. Simply provide the measurements and we’ll supply the glass to fit, with perfectly placed holes and cutouts for wall fixings, patch fittings and handles.

Each type of shower glass we offer can be cut and shaped to your requirements, including holes and cutouts for handles and patch fittings, and toughened to BS EN12150 safety standard. We also offer a heat soaked glass for added security if required.
We operate weekly deliveries to customers via our own fleet of vehicles, please speak to our sales team regarding your specific glass and delivery requirements.

Glass for frameless shower screens
Unlike traditional shower screens, frameless glass shower screens do not feature metal framing profiles. The frameless design provides a contemporary aesthetic and provides a wide range of design and layout possibilities. We can produce standard and oversized glass panels, including irregular shapes to fit awkward spaces. As a leading glass supplier to many frameless shower specialists, we are experienced in producing glass with cutouts and holes for handles and patch fittings and stock various types of glass in 8 and 12mm thicknesses for these specialist shower screens and enclosures.
What types of shower screen glass can we supply?
We stock and supply the following types and thicknesses of glass suitable for framed, semi-frameless, and frameless shower screens and enclosures.
- Standard clear toughened glass – available in 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm,10mm,12mm, and 15mm thicknesses

What shower glass services do abc Glass offer?
- Toughened shower screen glass – cut to size in 4mm to 15mm thicknesses, complying to safety standard BS EN12150.

- Precise cutting and machining – with hi-tech CNC and waterjet technology, our team can accurately cut your shower glass to the size and shape required. We can also add holes and cutouts within glass panels for handles, hinges and patch fittings.
- Heat soak tested glass – where additional safety and standards are required (e.g. commercial projects), abc Glass Processing offer heat soak tested shower glass.
Note: we provide shower screen glass on a supply only basis and do not offer a measuring or installation service. As such, you will need to provide accurate measurements upon ordering.

The lead time for shower screen glass depends on the type and complexity of glass. However, our standard lead time is 2 weeks.
